My fee for Power of Attorney Preparation is $25. If you are a service member on active duty, there is no charge for preparation of a POA.*

To request a Power of Attorney be prepared for you, just email me the information listed below. You will receive your completed POA along with an invoice within 1-3 business days.**

Required Information

    —Full name and address of the party granting his or her power of attorney
    —Full name and address of the person to whom power of attorney is being granted.
